eh. He did it being one of the few P6 caliber players in the team, and someone had to do something. I still don’t think he was a bad player, but he has no business being your best player.

I don't think TJ is "getting rid of" Bolton for another player. We only know that they meet after TJ got fired and then rumors Bolton may transfer were on twitter. Could be for a lot of reasons or simply TJ's plan for him didn't align with Bolton's plan for his senior year. Both are doing what is best for them next year. And we haven't seen an announcement so maybe Bolton changes his plan too. We should know this week.
Feels weird for people on the board to talk as if Bolton is gone when he isn't even in the portal yet. I know once there's this much smoke the fire isn't far away but still.
The Bolton rumors are just weird...he tweets out a super pro ISU tweet, that would make it seem like he was staying no matter what and committed to turning things around. Then after Prohm is let go, its rumored he is gone. You have to wonder if at the time of that tweet, he thought Prohm would be back. Seems out there but the only other explanation is that its not his choice to return or not. I'd love to have him back but I feel like he's just a band aide, at some point, you just go all in on a rebuild and sacrifice the year a guy like Bolton is going to give you.

Maybe TJ told Bolton that he would at least have to make it look like he’s playing defense, and not throwing the ball to the other team on purpose.
Why do so many of these guys use the terminology “entered into “? That’s just dumb.
