Offensive line coach and

I won't disagree that the offensive line needs to continue to improve, however, against Kansas State Montgomery averaged 7.8 yards per carry. That game was the best the offensive line played all season, so I would say there was improvement through the year. Even against Texas, it did seem like the offensive line didn't play as bad as initially thought. Jay Jordan talked a lot in his piece about just not executing in that game, rather than O-line mistakes.

Today I think Drake was just consistently sending more guys than we had blocking. It's not like there was no push, we didn't get stuffed on too many (if any) carries. It did seem like we were struggling to finish blocks on the second level to spring Montgomery for more yards.

It's probably best to forget this one ever happened; our team is no better or worse than it was before the game. If you're letting this game bother you as a fan, grab another beer.

And again....in year #3. Cheered for the clones for over 50 years, and I'm loving where we're at, and where we're headed!
I love what we’re doing, and I’ve seen us win and compete in games on a consistent basis against some of the best teams in the country and I want that to continue, but with the level our offensive line is at, that will be a difficult task. We complain about those issues while having by far the best stretch of football in my lifetime because we don’t want to be in the dark ages of football and we want to ***** about being 3rd in the big 12 instead of 1st or 2nd. We want to win and we want the winning to continue for years to come. And it will happen with this staff, all they need is a little more time, but these are exciting times

We really had two game plans this year - aggressive and Montgomery dive dive dive, and dive some more.

We went 1-3 with the Montgomery dive, dive, dive, and dive some more game plan this season. Weird how Campbell has such a hard time adjusting his playcalls. With such a ****** O-Line you're basically asking for D-Mont to take on 6 guys

I think the problem is to many of our fans are insecure and are scared at what other people are going to say about the game. All they have to do is respond with "We won".
Yes. While I wasn’t happy with how close it was, everything about this game was ugly, but if a game like this against an opponent like this lights a fire under theses guys to pull a close win out on December 28th (hopefully) then it was a good teaching lesson to play the game, not the name on the jersey

I keep thinking one day you'll grow out of the emo phase.

So cute.

This whole board was furious with all the runs up the middle on every 1st down. So was everyone in my section at every home game. It was ridiculous.

But yeah, it's not an issue. #100 in Total Offense is fine with you, right?

Great take.

Honestly this season shows how much the talent has been upgraded. There are some definite flaws but they finished on a 7-1 run and a game from the big 12 championship.

Today felt bad but look at the last two seasons and then tuck that semi into your waistband and get excited for the Alamo bowl.
