ND and Michigan are kindred souls in that TOSU just sucked the life out of both programs in terms of locking down any recruit fron the mid-east that they want and leaving the scraps for those two schools.

ND doesn’t really focus on one geographical area for their recruiting. If there are good players in the Midwest, ND will go head to head with Ohio State, but they focus more on the ACC areas, Georgia, and California. It’s part of why they liked the fit of being a partial ACC member.
