Something that always seems to be overlooked: the unseen qualities that contribute to the team's overall performance. As an example, I by no means would consider myself a naturally gifted athlete. But I have a unique distinction, I've never seen before: in the 35 years I played soccer (from HS to semi-pro), every team I joined was in last place when I joined and first place when I left. I believe what I offered was comradery and personality cohesion. I took this off the field year round. And, year by year we got better. I look at Niang as that type of person.
Was your best friend who you always did things with also Michael Jordan?

I said I wasn't naturally gifted, but I'm pretty sure I could dance circles around Jordan on the soccer field. Kidding aside, Jordan demanded the best from his teammates. I wasn't that type of person. I would work more towards personality cohesion. That said, he is the GOAT and I will always bow to him.
