Yeah idk I was just high on Oklahoma state. Swiderski sucking right now and Spratley getting beat was not the outcome I would’ve predicted. Ik Iowa has a good team
This plus I think he’s had two knee surgeries, after winning Fargo 23 (going into RS year) and again last spring (RS Fr year) so has missed a lot of matches time. Won Fargo twice, 3x state champ (only loss in-season was to Ayala in state finals, also gave Ayala his second* loss earlier the same season), lost to Nasir Bailey at Who's Number One, not sure how he did or if he went to Super 32. Guy is talented and should be able to showcase that this year at a better weight for himself.

Weird weekend for the Cowboys. Swiderski was bad, Ryder/Facundo had bad weekends as well. Richie Figs lost the only match he wrestled I believe. Merrill doesn’t look all that convincing at 197, he’s got to be pulling a ton of weight to get down there.
They still have a ways to go and obviously their freshman are studs plus what they have coming in soon. Might just be they aren’t quite at the top end yet.
