We are fairly young for only having 10ish years left on a fairly nice house.5 years into my 30 year mortgage. Current rate is 4.25%. I might look into 20 or 25 year loans if I refi

Honestly I have invested a lot into bitcoin and it keeps jumping more and more each day. You just have to find the right places to invest and put your moneyI applaud you all locking in these low rates on your homes and other personal assets, but I will repeat... capital being so cheap is not a good sign overall...
