Men's College Basketball "Basketball" - What Brand ball is used?

The Nike ball is the best ball out there but the NCAA doesn't want to choose a ball from a shoe company so the Wilson is a close second. It's fine, their manufacturer specs just make it feel a touch overinflated so you get some big bounces.

The Adidas ball is absolute trash and the Under Armour ball is not much better. They both feel terribly synthetic almost stiff to the touch.

I suppose that the NCAA has to pick a ball during the Tournament(s), and Wilson is it. I can understand their attempt at consistency in an area that has some inconsistency.

In the NBA, Spalding is the ball of choice. Players must like it? Has anyone heard how some of them like the NBA ball compared to maybe their college ball? I wonder how the Nike or Wilson compares to the Spalding? The NBA appears to value ball consistency. The only variable would be the inflation, wear and cleanliness of the ball, all things I would imagine they try to be consistent with.
