maybe no top 25 votes.......

That is beyond ridiculous that we didn't get a single vote in either the AP or the ESPN. I'm not happy about this at all. After this week (if we remain undefeated) we better have some votes.

Weird.. The AP poll on ESPN's site doesn't have any of those teams listed at getting votes.

Looking at the two, the ESPN top 25 looks to be actually updated and not just records. The above mentioned schools aren't getting votes this week.

I don't get this I guess. Syracuse beat UNC on the 20th, and obviously moved up in the polls, and UNC obviously dropped. Yet, that game is not reflected in neither of their records that is shown. So, okay, Syracuse jumped because they beat Cal on the 19th, and the UNC game was not until the 20th. But then, if the vote and records do not include the game on the 20th, then why did UNC drop? Something seems out of whack.

Edit: Ok, reading some of the other messages in this thread.....doesn't seem like I am the only one confused.

But, how do you have two AP polls with different results? Look at the AP poll on CBS and ESPN, they have different teams all over the place. Isn't there just one AP poll in the nation?

On the bright side, ND is ranked in the AP poll. Time to beat our first top 25 team on Saturday.
Well I guess it depends which AP poll you are looking at. On the AP poll on ESPN's website, they are 23rd. But, on the AP poll on CBS' website, they are 27th. Something isn't right, because the AP on CBS' website has more up to date records, but why would UNI start getting votes again after 1 loss? Because on ESPN's AP poll they aren't even getting votes, with not up-to-date records. I'm confused.

I think the CBS poll isn't 'fully' updated. I think. I actually have no idea.
