Lua brewing introduces THC/CBD beverage

Yeah, it's fine but I'd put it behind Confluence and Lua for "native" Des Moines breweries.
Absolutely, if you’re not into sours or hazy IPAs BT doesn’t offer much. I do like some of their Cicada Killer stouts but Lua has a much better BA stout series and much better IPAs. Confluence has more variety of different styles than anyone in Iowa.

Lol **** these people. Anyone that has Holt as a rep needs to vote his ass out.
So what's the difference between 4mg in a serving and 10mg per "container"? They can still sell the 10mg Climbing Kites drink or it has to be capped at 4mg?

It still has to pass the Senate, and then signed by the governor, but if it does pass, I think it would be capped at 4mg for the drink.

Couldn’t they make the same container and just slap a label on the side that says “2.5 servings”?

I think the per serving is regulating edible gummies and the per container is for beverages.

I think they could package their THC juice into Red Bull size cans or smaller and sell 24 packs instead of 6 packs.
