Gee, guess I should listen closer! I’m also watching stats, etc on texassports.com and keeping an eye/ear on the Newell/Fonda vs West Hancock 1A championship game. Plus they had an exhibition 6-player game at halftime. That was my era, but never made it to state.Thanks @geewago.
That NF game has really picked up the pace in the 3rd I'm watching it also. I think WH is too far behind to trade baskets but it makes for a fun game to watch as long as you don't check the score.
I appreciate Texas giving Bridget the opportunity to pad her point total at the FT line in the final minute.
82-73 final. This was a huge win for ISU's hopes of hosting the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament.
Austin is in my sights. I am approx 45 miles out. I will try to sit as close to the ISU bench as possible. You might see me on TV if you have access to the diabolical LHN. I'll have a yellow shirt on. Yes I'll stick out like a speckled chicken. Sure hope these girls don't let me down. I've already been accused by one poster of over reacting when they lost to TCU. Well ya'll get ready. If they lose this one , I'm liable to show you the mother of all over reactions.

Well I gotta get outta this weird town. Was worth the drive. I just knew these girls could do it. TX and the other UT in Tennessee has the same problem - Coach. I don't know how they won in Ames but give them credit I guess. I've been to 5 games here this year and the crowd gets smaller every time. I would estimate 80 ISU fans here today.
Ya'll need to give BU a little credit here for conditioning the Longhorns for you. They absolutely humiliated them Monday night. The Horns put up their second lowest point total in history. I told my buddies this is perfect. The Horns will be in no mental condition to take on the Clones. And so it was. Do not be surprised if TCU doesn't thump them Monday night in FT Worth also. Karen Aston = continually doing less with more.

I've said this for a long time about Aston. Results have never lived up to the recruiting. Same with Holly.
UT's offense was mainly to have a couple of slashers that could pass to the bigs down low. Not a surprise at the number of fouls either as there was a whole lot of hacking going on down low. UT simply isn't fun to watch.
The Clones came out of the gates shooting hot. They popped so many three's in the first quarter that TX really never recooped. IMO Joens was the mvp. She had a marvelous game.
