Lawn Care Experts Enter>>>>>>

I have a plan, just need some experts to justify it or dissuade me from it. i sprayed my acreage lawn with Triplet the last week of Sept and smoked the dandelions and plantain, etc. but the clover, although severely wounded, looks like it will survive to some degree. I envisioned hitting it again at a two week interval but with the lack of rain at the time didn't think it was "actively growing" enough to be successful. My trailer sprayer has mixed up product that needs to be dealt with for winterizing the sprayer and we got 1.6 inches of rain last night so when the wind subsides my plan is to spray it out rather than store it till spring--not the whole lawn again, just the heavy clover patches. My thinking is the clover will now make a last ditch effort to survive the winter and may be in a vulnerable position to take up the spray, especially with the additional rain in the forecast even though the temps will be cooler. Looking like favorable conditions wind-wise before the game on Sat. Yes or no?
