I'm guessing it will be a split between Steele and Perine. Probably Steel getting early down work between the tackles and Perine on passing downs.
Well that sucks, already lost Brown for the regular season and now Pacheco, 2 games and we have already lost two key components of the team. I wonder if there is a decent RB not signed that would play cheap for a chance at a ring?

Typically when something like this happens they bring back a guy who knows the offense (i.e. JuJu), so I expect McKinnon back, unless he has really lost a step.
They have Perine for the McKinnon 3rd down back spot, no?
I think they want a 1st and 2nd down back. Is it Steele as a stop-gap until CEH can come off the PUP?
McKinnon obviously would be an easy depth piece as he's already familiar with the team. I doubt they have any interest in Hunt given how things ended last time, of all those guys Murray and maybe Mack are 2 guys that have in the past been able to be fill in early down types of backs. Just from a depth standpoint I wouldn't be surprised if they add a back this week because what if Steele or Perine gets hurt, then you really have a problem at RB with no one currently behind them.
ID be okay with Scott or hunt honestly. Scott is probably one of the best pass catchers on that list
You almost have to at least try calling Kareen Hunt at this point. Have a private meeting, craft some sort of release where Hunt says he's grown as a person and regrets his actions that led to the first breakup, basically some sort of non-apology apology, and get to work. There needs to be at least some threat to run, but ratcheting up the passing game is a necessity.
According to the Athletic they wanted to sign Hunt to the practice squad and give him some time to get into shape. The article said they were not sure if they were going to play in this week or not.

Mahomes under throwing so many throws this year causing picks. The throw to Worthy and that one to Gray both under thrown that drive.
He hasn’t been sharp all season and a lot of last season. Feels like we got Alex Smith back with all the short check downs. Defense has caught up a bit on Mahomes.
They have on all QB’s.
