I'm shocked Robinhood allows event contracts and the nonsense that is on Kalshi. You're encouraging your clients to lose their money, lol.

There are no success stories in sports gambling. Just watch, one of the founders of barstool sports will have a meltdown and lose all their money or almost all of their money. It's a net negative to society.

Sports betting is one thing, but betting on real world and political events opens up another can of worms. Can members of Congress or a parliament place bets knowing certain legislation is going to pass?
Without some sort of regulation you could see a new wave of insider trading and political corruption.
