Way to miss the ******* point. I'm glad you donate and do what you want to with your money. The point for most of us is we dont have that kind of money at our disposal. A guy they would rather buy his son a hat for little League instead of giving to ISUs NIL fund isn't any less of a fan though. I'm not sure what you are even getting at. I'm sorry most of us are peasants. My guess is nobody that donates is taking anything away from their family. You aren't this dense. There have not been clear lines between those you refer to as the "sane" and the "lunatics." Most who've posted on this thread have been reasonable, even if they disagreed with you.

Fair enough but I will say some people need their priorities checked. If you have the money to donate great. Most of us don't. And I MEAN most. If you can donate and aren't taking away from your family and bills great. I'm only annoyed by the people who don't understand that some of us don't really have that kind of money. I mean your money is yours. Spend it as you please

Yes, and the so-called same people according to this poster, had to lecture everybody on why they won't give. Nobody cares why they won't give, but they feel obligated to tell everybody why they won't give. Some real deep thinking going on. It's all nuts, but people discussing why they don't give to a charity might be the biggest waste of time ever.

Or there was an East Coach coach a few years ago now, forget who it was, but he got in trouble for giving a kid a cellphone because his own got lost. A cellphone.

If you don't want peoples opinions then don't read a blog. Your post doesn't make sense based on what was written here before my post.

Hate to break it to you, I don't think debate over nil and things like we will will go away. My prediction is the money going to dry up not grow if it relies on middle to upper middle class donations - not saying it does I have no idea where the money is coming from. People are going to get tired of hearing players making more than they do at their job then having groups ask for another 100 bucks all the time.
