Zach Elam is not a HW. He would be exceptional at a 220 pound class though. Considering 215 is an Olympic weight this is something the sport will need to address in the US.

It'd be nice in several ways, but there's basically zero chance of an 11th weight class in NCAA unless the scholarship situation changes.

No it isn’t. The talent at 220 at the college level is extremely limited.

Lipari was a solid wrestler at Rutgers before he transferred. Probably a R12 guy at best though. But Demas tends to wrestle a lot of close matches to guys he should major or at least win solidly

Not exactly sure.
Colleges are dropping wrestling. In Iowa (don’t know about other states) wrestling rosters are getting thin at many high schools. I don’t think they will add a heavier weight in the college levels.
