Jack Trice bike cabs

Does anyone have any information about the bike cabs around the stadium? We're taking my dad up today and we'd like to visit some friends at different tailgates, but he's not very mobile. I didn't know if you could call them and schedule rides or anything like that.

I just see the rickshaws roaming around. Generally around vet med when I was around there.

Not sure if you can schedule, I’ve hailed them down a couple times for a ride. There are usually several depending on where your at.
