Was thinking about the game today and how our team has been playing this year. I think our Pass protection is decent with improvements coming with experience. I would love to see our running schemes work against a decent defense tomorrow and get some yardage on the ground from our backs. Again, from our backs! If that would happen, ISU could finally burn some clock and give the D some rest and put some D on their heels.
Yes, I know I didn't just discover the world is round and that Paris Hilton is easy. However, I would love to sit back and watch a nicely schemed and effective running game with Scales, Bass, and Robo running over, through, knocking down, stiff arming, running past, running through the Green D in nowhere Texas.
Soooo, for your running pleasure and a tribute to one of the best running backs ever and one I remember as a kid, Mr. Earl Cambell...a big man that would out run you as well as run through you!!!!!
