I have spent more hours than I care to admit researching and buying Iowa State themed shoes. I stick to the major brands (Nike, Adidas, Puma, and Asics (Onitsuka Tiger)). I also tend to focus on a vintage look so the shoes I will post are the result of that search. I am still searching for the right pair of Reebok's, but will find them eventually.
Let's start with the Nike Dunk Lows. You will want to search for Midas Gold. Fair warning...they are expensive. Watch out for fakes and fake websites selling these. Make sure they are from a reputable website. Ebay is a surprisingly good place to pick these up (make sure to purchase a pair with "Authentic Guarantee". A solid pair will run you between $110-150.
Another Nike Dunk Low that could work is the "University Red". These look incredible if you also buy yellow shoe laces to replace the white ones. They truly pop at any tailgate. Price is similar in the $100-120 range.
Nike also lets you build a custom dunk low. You can get an ISU theme shoe that way as well (cost in the $135 range).
I have always been a huge fan of Puma shoes. Their vintage look around the Palermo line is solid. I was able to pick up a pair of red and yellow Palermos when I was in the UK and they are incredible. They just pop. The UK version doesn't have the "tag" like the US version, but they are a solid look. Price is about $90 plus shipping.
Puma also makes a sneaker version, but I don't think I have the bone structure to pull this look off. They are around $80 with shipping (search for red and yellow Future Rider)
Next up is Adidas. Finding red and yellow themed vintage looking Adidas is costly. Pairs typically range in the $175 - 200 range. They are pricey, but they are absolutely stunning. You can search for Adidas Warszawa SPZL Noble Marron Birth Yellow if you are interested. I just received a pair and they are now my clubhouse leader for most beautiful ISU themed shoe.
Finally, there is Asics (Onitsuka Tiger). These shoes are not sold in the US any longer. Around 5 years ago, the US sold the red and yellow shoe below. They are super comfortable and I wear these for big games. I have had amazing luck in them, so they are my superstitious ISU shoe. Not going to lie, they are expensive. They can be over $300 if you can find them. But they are worth it (model ONITSUKA TIGER EDR 78 'RED YELLOW' 1183B395-600).

More affordable Tigers are the Mexico 66 (ONITSUKA TIGER MEXICO 66 'WHITE RED YELLOW' 1183A201-108). They are in that $110-150 range. I don't own this pair yet, but they are on my radar.
