At least two big 12 realignment panic periods, CPR leaving, coach johnson-lynch leaving, coach sanderson leaving, hoiberg leaving. My count were batting 5 for 6. Not bad. Is there another college program with a larger sample size in the past few years? I would guess not. I suppose we should learn to take things with a grain of salt. It usually works out in the end.

And Jamie deserves a lot of the credit.

About a bajillion mangled pairs of Midwest ears and near-record ESPN ratings from the NCAA Championships in Des Moines beg to differ.

Just sayin.

ESPN's wrestling ratings increased to 0.8 this year.

The Syracuse-Louisville basketball game on a Saturday afternoon in January had twice as many viewers, on the same channel. That's the easiest point of reference that I could find.

Just sayin'...

Compared to the majority of longtime ISU fans and CF'ers, I'm not as in-tune w/ negatives of past athletic director.

I'm curious how many of you think that a pre-Pollard AD would've somehow botched this situation. (or at what percentage).

I wasn't panicking about Hoiberg. I was wondering why others were though. I should have put money on it. Would have been the safest bet out there.

Van De Velde would have cut basketball or fired Fred for interviewing w/Minnesota.
