internet secuirty recommendation

We've been using Kaspersky for years but it has gotten to a point where it seems to really slow things down. What is considered the best out there today?

None of those things work.

I just use Windows built-in Defender with Malwarebytes.

On the advice of some on here a few years ago I also stopped using a software firewall and only use my router's firewall instead.

Never had any problems.
