Ice Fishing Des Moines area

So with the weather looking pretty good this weekend, I am thinking of heading out to ice fish. Anyone heard of any good spots? Was thinking of going to Big Creek because I am most familiar with that but willing to try some new places.

I don't ice fish, so I can't speak of the quality, but I see huts on the DMACC pond off Oralabor in Ankeny often

I used to love ice fishing at Brushy Creek a bit of a drive though...

Might be some hot 'fishin on the runoff pond in Ankeny at the corner of NE Deleware Ave and NE 36th Street. Saw a tent hut set up on it last Saturday morning.
