Help: I am getting double billed each month

Can someone help me with this? I am getting hit with two PayPal bills each month, has been happening since May. Not sure which one I should cancel? Also I would like a refund for the two double charged months.

You could contact the credit card company you use on PayPal. You could contact a consumer fraud agency. Or you could just go picket Williams’ house in Bondurant.
