How many beers job is this?

Just want to wish everyone good luck tonight. Santa had to come a day early and I just spent 9 straight hours putting **** together from this morning on top of about 4 hours getting stuff wrapped and ready last night.
I concur. Aged out of those days, but had a couple of long nights trying to make things that weren't going to fit, fit. Good luck to everyone partaking.

I once put together bunk beds and got to the last step only to realize I put the top on backwards and so the ladder wouldn’t go on and I had to take it all apart and do it again.

It wasn’t difficult but the made it so the screws were right next to the legs and you could only get like a quarter turn on the Allen wrench. I was up until like 2:00 AM

Daughter is 15 months old. Why did it need put together tonight? I suppose it’s more to keep the magic alive for our 6 year old, but I know better than to ask questions.

Guinness and this Hawaii-Cal game made it manageable!

I'm going to be honest, my daughter is past the 'big thing to put together' age and I kind of miss it...
My kids are all pre-teen or older and it's hard to buy stuff for them now that they don't want toys. The only big kid anymore is me. I asked santa for a drone or a switch 2, but I'm pretty sure I'm not getting either one. Cheap bastard.

We’ve never been a Santa put it together type of family. The 6 and 4 year old still going strong. This is what I ended up putting together for my daughter today after Santa came early. Absolutely worth it for her reaction.

I’m at the buy one gift and the rest gift card stage of my kids life and it’s glorious. Have a 21 year old daughter. I get her perfume and just a crap loads of gift cards. Son is a hoodie and a crap load of gift cards

For this 3D puzzle I had to break out Imperial Stouts and the coping saw to cut down a provided plastic center post screw as it was manufactured to long and prevented the puzzle from completely fitting together.

Just spent the last 2+ hours building a knockoff Lego remote control car. My 5 year old started it and I had to remake. I enjoyed it because it meant sitting in the corner and avoiding the in-laws.

Anyone else putting together legos? Time to switch from beer to meth

I haven't touched a Lego since finishing this a few years ago. I ended up removing the top row of blue in each level of the press box so it looks less awkward. About 3000 pieces
