High School Baseball/Softball Concession Stands

If you are looking for a higher end sandwich. Have a butcher thin slice some ribeye for sandwiches. It should be thin enough you can fold the meat over on itself. This will make them tender. Dip the meat in Dale’s seasoning (don’t marinate) and then grill. They are really quick. You can put some water and Dale’s in a crock pot. You can work ahead and store them in the crack pot. We grilled these as pregame meals for my son’s football team, but we also grilled them for fundraisers and golf outings.

This sounds like an awesome tailgate meal.

Beef Sticks like Slim Jim's?

But like the previous poster stated, KISS!! Don't overthink it and try to appease everyone.

EDIT: And I'd probably avoid the sunflower seeds. Those shells get everywhere.
2nd that on the sunflower seeds. Sucks to walk through piles of spitty shells

For better profit l Get the 20 ribeyes for $40.

My daughter is a rising junior, and her class has now taken over the baseball and softball concession stands as a fundraiser for prom and after-prom. My wife and I, along with another couple, are the lead concession managers.

We willl already have most of the standard items:
Water, Gatorade, soda, Bubblr, popcorn, candy, nachos, sunflower seeds, brats, hot dogs, burgers, walking tacos- I’m sure I’m forgetting a few things, but that’s the bulk of the menu.

What I’d love to hear from all of you is:
What are some unique or popular items you’ve seen at outdoor concession stands that people really liked?

We’d prefer items that are relatively low-maintenance and easy to prep/serve. Bonus points if they’re things we could pick up at Sam’s Club or Costco.

Thanks in advance for the ideas and advice!
Our concession stand always had the frozen lemonade and frosty malt cups. Those really slapped after a game.
