I just gave you the EXACT reason why I come to this site (and I would guess the same applies to most hawk fans here) and all you say is "Terrible. Back in your hole." Sorry for answering the question posed.
Not a knock on UNI, I've enjoyed a lot of good times there. I usually find the majority of Hawk fans I run across graduated from there.
And noticed who started it, an ISU fan who tries to bring Iowa down to their level.
I'm not trying to say that Iowa is OSU/Mich/Texas/USC, obviously they are not, but Cyclone fans need to worry more about ISU athletics than trying to tear down Iowa to make themselves feel better.
Thank you for being the next one to step up. Where in the site rules did it say anything about other schools, when talked about, must have representatives from said school, stand up for their respective school? Hey, if we here want to say that the iowa football team's record last year was 0-99, that's up to us. We don't need to be corrected. But, thanks for making it your job.
Sorry you misread my post. Did I say anywhere that ISU earned more respect than EIU???
I think what Stewo was talking about in his first post was that Hawks come into threads that have nothing to do with them and turn it into a crap fest. Yes, there are many, many ISU fans who start Hawk threads on here. Rarely does a week go by without a "This is why Hawks suck..." or "Who do you think will start for the Hawkeyes at weak outside linebacker?" thread showing up. It's the trolls that pollute non-Hawk threads and turn them into Hawk-Clone diatribes that we cannot stand.
Id love to spend a day in your shoes. HAWK MAN! Defender of the Hawkeyes! Battling internet injustices for those fans who cannot read the injustices themselves! *And cue the theme music*

No, but you are trying to tear down Iowa to make yourself feel better about being a cyclone fan......which is precisely one of the reason Hawk fans come to this website.....to defend our team from your propaganda.
Face it, we are at the same level, you just don't have a good case against anyone else in the midwest except for us.
Again, not saying that we have earned it, just saying that we don't feel that we deserve it when we haven't earned it.
