Iowa city? Tailgating there is terrible, it is all spread out.

Outside of Washington, that list is a Big 10, SEC love fest. I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

So Iowa has a picture of the crowd rather than the tailgating and Penn St has a picture of one tailgate - wow. It is obvious this is a fan poll and not an attempt at an objective rating.
