Personally, I think ISU should put restrictions on his transfer to only play at a school closer to home...unless ISU asked him to provide the "closer to home" reason to cover up the real reason.

You guys are assuming he means his immediate family. He probably wants to live with Great Uncle Ned, a shrimper down on the Lousiana Bayou, or perhaps with Bill, a cousin twice removed who lives in Norfolk.
