Piano by Rachmaninoff. The guy was amazing and I'd kill to have the ability to watch him play and learn from him.

Yeah, he used to give concerts in the U.S. I've thought before what it treat it would have been to be there.

Culinary art, pitmaster, etc. because heck yeah. Or fishing because if it's not in a farm pond, apparently I suck at it.

I could probably teach a master class in learning how to drive, or not drive like a douche.

A lot of posters mentioned Culinary. For it it would be specifically for sauces.
