Microsoft Optical Mouse

This thing was super high tech back in 2004. I think "optical" had just come out, and worked on surfaces much better than the first LED mice (or the roller balls ha!).

I paid $32. This mouse is $79 now, for some reason.

My first order was for some christmas gifts in 2010.

In the few years that followed I bought my text books on amazon. Occassionally I was able to find sellers who were selling at such a low price I was actually able to sell to the Iowa state bookstore after the semester for more money. After 2 semesters that never happenned again, and Amazon's text book prices were no longer a great deal.

My first Amazon purchase (at least on my current account) was a 1 year subscription to ESPN the Magazine for $5.00 back in 2009. Pretty sure I only bought it to get the ESPN.com insider access that came with it.

July 2005 - Canon Rebel XT DSLR (and some accessories). I actually remember buying it to. Had a crazy busy week at my internship (I think I did close to 80 hrs in a 5 day work week) and bought it with the OT I had made that week.

A bunch of nutritional supplements (amino acids, HMB) in 2010. Once I had access to the state gym fitness center I thought I was Ronnie Coleman.

I lived on Hillcrest Ave at the time, so I immediately lost any gains to West Street Deli and Thumbs' gin and tonics.

Super Jumbo Afro Wig Costume Accessory and Striped Stovepipe Hats Halloween Hats Black/Orange

$37.89. $20 of it was shipping.

It was during the middle of Basketball Season and I had just had a bad injury in Wrestling at a tournament so I was going to be able to go to the game later that week. This was the beginnings of my costume for school events that lasted 4 years and ultimately won me Most School Spirited.

Here's a picture of the first time I wore it at a girl's basketball game as a freshman because shipping didn't come in time for the boys game.

The costume and support grew. I would drive to the events with that flag waving in the back of my truck. Would also run the flag out for the football team entrance.

This was the last time I wore the wig/hat combo for the Girl's State Track Championship that one of my best friends was on the 4x400 team and got 3rd in state,

Where are all my 20th century peeps? Mine was February 9, 1999 for $58.10. Three books (Deke! U.S. Manned Space From Mercury to the Shuttle, A Man on the Moon: The Voyages of the Apollo Astronauts, and Seal Force Alpha) and a DVD (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels).

2011. A Scotch 6x9 bubble mailer and James Bond 007: Blood Stone for PS3. I needed the mailer to send in my broken phone to complete the insurance claim.

A set of all weather rubber floor mats for the truck and a Jam Classic portable wireless Bluetooth speaker. I still have the speaker.
