You're right - getting the endorsement was easy 25 years ago so I'm sure it's even easier now with half of it being online. I took classes at the AEA for a couple of hundred bucks. Had to have been an Ankeny issue because getting the endorsement was no problem.That changed on 2000 I believe.
Getting a coaching endorsement is pretty straight forward anymore. Nowhere near as intensive as when I picked up my endorsements at ISU. Getting a teaching license is an entirely different thing and has intensive requirements.
