I saw 7 point favorites, but it was still a big win for us to stay relevant. Not to mention a much needed win over a top 10 opponent who had plenty of help from the refs so all that frustration was released with some excessive celebration. They already threw the flag, that shouldn't have been thrown for excessively celebration, so might as well excessively celebrate and earn it by storming the field.
Do you live at 1060 W. Addison St., Chicago, IL?God I hate the field/court storming police.
Almost as much as Illinois Nazis...
Let them carry the OP and throw them in the lakeWhy doesn't the school put something up the fans can tear down after a win since the goalposts won't come down anymore? Field storming's aren't complete without people carrying something down the street and throwing it in a lake.
Well then that begs another question. How the H was an unranked team a touchdown favorite over a top 10 team? I don't bet or even pay attention to lines. Is is common to see that? Seems maybe we should still be a top 15 or even 20 team. We goosed the moose against Iowa.......who was #10 at the time, drop to 14, loss by 2 at Baylor and disappear. Then all of a sudden as an unranked team we are favored by 7 to beat #8???
Kids saw one player slam some fireball.Did anyone else see Schweiger slam a Busch light in the middle of the field storm that somebody gave him?
Clear violation of team rules. No drinking during the season.Did anyone else see Schweiger slam a Busch light in the middle of the field storm that somebody gave him?
We yelled, "All the way to the Cave-In."All the way to Lincoln Way!
Put up some old school wooden "H" style goalposts and rip them down win or lose.
