Favorite craft bar

Definitely a valid concern with freshness, however, most of our kegs are 1/6 barrel and rarely stay on tap for more than a month. Before the 60 tap expansion, we were going through approximately 30-50 kegs each week. Our real problem is having enough cooler space for backup /replacement kegs.

We are very picky about where our beer goes, and I'd have zero issues with putting it on at any of the FCP-run places, including EBS. They do a great job of making sure stuff doesn't stick around longer than it should, and I've never had a beer at EBS that I feel isn't what it was supposed to be. That doesn't apply for every place with a ton of taps I've been to...

Also, I've been to churchkey in DC, and I have to say that I prefer EBS. Yeah they have a crazy huge selection, but most of it is in bottles, and far too much of it is like $20-$40 (or more) bombers.

How about you just worry about getting a Crowler station eh?

Mikkeller is probably my all time favorite but Copenhagen isn't really a day trip. El bait shop is a close second.
