I had a bad case of Pneumonia this past year where I ran a high fever for over a week, and I experienced something very similar. Not only were my dreams super vivid and crazy that I shifted in and out of in both somewhat awake and in sleep, but I also just kind of went coocoo for cocoa puffs in general. I was just super delusional all the time. I honestly looked and acted like a crazy person. Hang in there man and stay sane.
