Ya the modders already did that. Same with fallout 4. Bethesda needs to step it up.
Should just let Obsidian finish it. They made the best fallout anyways.
In the next fallout you'll be able to play Skyrim on the terminals in game.
Capitulated to my son and started Fallout 4. Haven't played since 3. The Next gen update makes the game look really good on PS5. Already annoyed the heck out of my kid by spending way too much time in the building areas scrapping everything I can find.
New Vegas is my favorite too, granted I've only played NV, 3, and dabbled with 4 a little but not a lot.
It was more adult and didn't shy away from the hardcore storylines.
@alarson saw on the Bears/Eagles game the new season is coming Dec 17.
I have to say of all the "weird" things I've ever made my wife watch with me...
She DOES NOT play videogames. Period.
Tearing her away from romantic comedies and singing princess movies is a... challenge.
Getting her away from four-chord pop songs with a verse/chorus structure... again, a challenge.
Lovely and intelligent woman but her arts and media interests are very "down the middle."
...the thing she ended up liking that surprised me the most was Fallout.
I could almost see a newfound respect growing in her eyes that all these "stupid" nerdy things that I like can have intriguing creativity, thematic depth, settings, and characters underneath them.
Fallout and its unique combination of Max Mad postapocalyptic brutality, zany dark humor, subtle political satire, memorable characters, and the hints there is a much larger world out there beyond what we saw with our characters in Season 1 somehow got through to her. I would have never guessed.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think someday I'd be explaining to her the creation and history of the Brotherhood of Steel (and the Prydwen) and just what the heck are the Enclave and NCR.
