Dry January

I bought a wine advent calendar that has 24 6 oz bottles of wine. My original plan was to drink one every day of advent, but I wasn't always home. But I'm drinking it every night I'm home and I have 8 left. Early results are I'm happier when I have a glass of wine at night.

I think it's totally okay for people to drink as long as it doesn't become a problem for them in some way. It took me a long time to realize I'll never be able to drink in moderation. Do what makes you happy.

You can get plenty of caffeine without sugar. Black coffee, plain tea, Pepsi Zero…
The sugar part is already pretty low. Diet Pepsi, Pepsi zero, and a Splenda type product in my coffee. Also Celsius energy drinks ( Bought one on a road trip never looked at the label slammed it down just like a 12oz diet Pepsi, about 15 minutes later I thought well this caffeine hits different, looked at labels 7x caffeine, aah that's why this hit different. LOL)

I’m just going with club soda and a lime wedge.
Was going to suggest this - we have found club soda/la croix/bubbly type drinks to be a really good substitute for beer because of the carbonation. Bonus that they are sugar and calorie free. I also live in a legal state and can get thc syrup to add in for a little NA cocktail.
