I tailgate with a guy who is licensed to fly drones. In the afternoon before the game he said that the winds were too high for drones.

I am not a drone nor weather expert and said in the gameday weather thread middle of last week the drone show would likely be cancelled. It wasn't that hard to predict that was going to happen.
