Where will he be drafted? Saw on ESPN that KC could take him in the 4th round. Not a Chiefs fan, but good for him.

CBS has him going in the third round. I also recall seeing some mock drafts after the combine that had him second round, kinda hard to tell right now but I can’t wait to see him in the League.

Will be interesting to see his numbers after the work outs he does before the draft since he was unable to go at the Combine or Iowa State's Pro Day.

Funny story related to him. Took the fam to KC for a few days over spring break. Went to a sports bar north of downtown one night for dinner and to watch NCAA games. A woman walking out, wearing an ISU shirt, sees my ISU shirt and gets my attention. Plenty of ISU alums in KC and I assumed this was another, so I gave a kind of thumbs up and assumed that would be the end of it.

She walks over and asked if I'd heard of Big Citrus. Of course, I said. I'm his mom, she said. She proceeds to take out her phone and scrolls through her camera roll, showing off dozens of pictures. She talked a little about the draft and how much they liked ISU.

Very proud of her son, as she should be. Nice conversation and a highlight of our trip.
