I'm not saying it's right, but if he can delay this thing long enough, ala Adrian Clayborn, then that would be ideal for him.
You still get to play your senior season while the justice system works this out, and then after the season is over you can settle this matter. Also, it won't matter to NFL teams much that he did this IMO.
I know that's not morally the best thing to do, but it's perfectly legal and enables him to play. If it's good enough for Clayborn and Iowa, it's has to be good enough for us. To compete with the big boys, sometimes you have to act like them as well.
