I’d agree with this, but I give this match <50% chance of happening at all.
This is how I feel... confused... why do we get credited for the downside of Downey and no credit for Varner?
I am confused, but to be fair I think the whole Real American Freestyle staff is extremely confused.
Ross must have turned down the invite. Would have loved to see Merrill get a shot in folk. But this will be a great match regardless.

Flo's pre-season rankings. Swiderski was AA at this weight (in 2024) so maybe not too surprising that they'd put him at #5.
Looks like Iowa passed on the whole event. Drake, Angelo, Kennedy would have gotten invites I would think.

I feel like Ech needs to get the feel for #1 again since it’s been 2 years to see what he needs to do at ncaa to take him down this time. I truly think Ech can be a top 3 guy this year.
Agree for Bastida. Everyone knows what he’s capable of and will do if healthy.
