Finally getting to volleyball this season. We’re (5-1) and playing St. Louis Billikens (5-1, A-10) tonight. Good rallies and overall we seem quicker and more in sync. Up 19-11 in the first.

It looked promising that Nayeli without the knee brace, hopefully that means she is closer to being back.
Also nice seeing most of the roster play last night. It looked like only Faith and Reagan were the only two to not play.

Anyone else notice the drastic increase in concession prices? Couple next to me said they paid $10.99 for a pretty small box of popcorn. Np more refillable buckets.

@Ms3r4ISU what did Nayeli say at Niangs about how she is doing? I thought she said she was good to go or was going to be soon.
She didn’t say anything specific, just that it was “coming along” - my words because I can’t remember hers. She definitely wasn’t going to play last night, but looked upbeat and excited.
By the way, there’s another Nayeli on the team this year and when I saw that name I was confused for a minute by the last name.
May have to start adding last name initials.
One other surprise yesterday was how they announced Rachael at one point… calling RVG
We take the second 25-22. Gave up two points after reaching 24 and there was a TO, but they got it done!
