I’m mostly all about increasing density closely in and around Campustown, so my choice would be on the large open space Dunkin Donut lot area. Maybe it’s a horrible idea but sort of fun to think about.

Doubt they ever put any structure in the intramural fields east of MWL. It's a part of the flood plain that is consistently under water after excessive rains. They likely aren't interested in building more levees like the one around Lied to protect buildings that could have been placed on higher ground elsewhere.

On that block, the church owns everything inside the blue polygon. DD has relatively little ground.
