I would think that the coaching staff might be better for him. Hahn, Simaz, Rotert are all big guys on staff and should be able to do good things with Sloan. Reader would have been great with Sloan also.

Be interesting to see if the team as a whole develops. I would think that might end up being the reason he would transfer.

Their 3 coaches are Hahn, Simaz, and Caldwell. 3 guys that are at least 184-197 coaches. I'm with Buf, I don't see any way Sloan would leave. His development could already be contributed to these guys. They brought in Chris Dardanes as the volunteer coach to help out with the light weights.
