can you explain your reasoning for voting discy over cyfan21? All 3 of you were tied with 4 votes.
I could go for Cyfan13. Weird random throw vote to me to push my lead, which let 21 build on it.
Thing is, I don’t think they would’ve done this together or worked together, so it would be under the assumption 13 is a different mafia.

I'm curious of Cyfan too, but agree that would be odd if they were on the same mafia squad. Could certainly be competing. I'm sure those groups are reeling a bit from last night either way. I'm interested in the Sara angle by BSalty, but with so much movement around that time I'm not completely sold.

I don't know if this is going to quote correctly (it wouldn't let me multi-quote), but I called out cyfan early. I can assure you I would not have done that if I were dirty.
Unfortunately for discy, I just voted him to tie things up but Sara voted at the same time as me. I like the idea of looking at those who could have been saving cyfan but it wasn't me.

What are the opponents defenses stats? Maybe the defense has been holding the offenses stats below their season average.
Go for it is the obvious answer because you don't want to give the ball back to the other team only needing a field goal to win with that much time left. I'd need to know how they got to the averages to know whether to run or pass. (is that 5 ypc due to a several big runs inflating the average, or lots of 5 yard carries) Is the defense we're facing better against the run or pass? I'm generally in favor of a rpo in that situation, all else equal.
oh yeah, they share a lot of football DNA. As you guys are finding out, even at the highest of highs it can be infuriating. But it generally works out ok so *shrug*
Anyway, the reason you go for it there is there's so much time left on the clock that if you have all three timeouts you can still get the ball back with plenty of time left.
The only time I'd kick that long of a fieldgoal (not a gimme even for Tucker, though odds are good) with that much time left is if my offense was complete trash (see Iowa 2021), but that isn't the case given the stats he gave us
Not a gimmie, but by that logic even if you miss it with presumably the best kicker in CFB, with three timeouts you can get the ball back. Hell Mevis was 9-11 on 40+ and 2-2 on 50+ this year. Give me two attempts and were golden.
