Like others have said....

How do you know he ISN'T doing that? A couple of snippets of footage on TV? Some of you people are weird. I'll leave it at that.
Because whenever there is a ****** call against us, the camera immediately pans to TJ and he is standing there arms crossed, not saying anything or showing any emotion. Every. Single. Time.

I'm at home losing my **** and it pisses me off that he is not standing up to the refs. And don't tell me he lets the refs have it 5 minutes later. It doesn't work that way.

I certainly don't want a coach like Fran or Lisa blunder who don't stop B!@$ing at the refs the entire game but I just don't get how he can just stand there and take this every game. EVERY team in this league plays physical, in your face defense for 40 mins and every game you look up and we have 9 fouls to their 1 or something similar. Not to mention the ridiculous inadvertent whistles or goal tending calls that always seem to happen to us and noone else. IMO he needs to step up for his guys at times.

Yeah, I remember Paul Rhodes getting every call his way because he’d throw a fit on the sideline. Oh, wait…

Seriously, I remember so many people saying refs don’t respect Rhodes because he throws a fit on the sideline. Now you’re saying refs don’t respect TJ because he doesn’t throw a fit on the sideline. Some of you are never happy.

Every fan base complains refs don’t call things their way no matter how their coach acts. Give me TJ and his calm, respectful manner everyday.

Respect from refs is earned over time. TJ hasn’t had a chance to earn that yet. Stomping his feet and screaming on the sideline won’t make a difference.

I was thinking championship, but it could very well have been semis. Know KU for certain.
It was in the Semis against KU, Self was being a little whiner as usual and nothing, then one time Fred actually got upset and stuck up for his team they T him up instead.

I can recall 1 time in the last 10 years where a blatantly obvious goaltend is incorrectly called. I can think of 4 this year.

Officials know who they’re working with before games start. And when they go in knowing they can be a little tighter/strict with one team and not worry about repercussions, you get 8 to 1 foul disparities, your players getting bulldozed resulting in a jump ball OR getting bulldozed and called for the foul and 5 second calls in 3 seconds.

I am still just in disbelief at the amount of people who think this is just happenstance.

All we want is for TJ to not be bending over holding onto his ankles every time he whispers at the refs.

Maybe the real issue is Otz sucks at working the refs and not that he isn't attempting it.

So you are saying because you are upset in your living room, TJ should be showing the same rage? That’s pretty funny.

They shot 29% but still tied the game to get to overtime. Refs completely carried them entire game until I switched over to our game.

Much like times refs have carried Kansas to overtime against us in games KU clearly lost...then they rolled them in OT.

Call obvious goal tend in our game and Baylor is outright champ. Another fake Big 12 title for them. Baylor is very obviously the better team.

Officiating alone keeps them in the top 3, it’s not a secret as to why they’ve won 39 consecutive senior nights

They're the best program even if they didn't get obvious game fixing help, then they get 2-3 wins a year they don't deserve from the refs and it results in the insane high % of winning something like 90% of the league regular season titles.

I don’t disagree they’re typically the favorite and blue blood but all the more reason it’s ridiculous to hand them games it just makes my blood boil considering other conference favorites don’t have this imo. Shoot even duke lost coach k’s last home game lol but KU wins 39 straight senior nights? I’m just not buying it teams get a fair shake with officiating

Yeah it's a joke. It doesn't need to be some grand conspiracy, we hire on too many refs who clearly jerk off to their jersey. It could be that simple, but don't tell me it's not a thing.

Let some NBA refs officiate 10 games on a neutral court with Baylor and KU...KU is not tying or beating them this year without officials who aren't hypnotized by their jersey.

Same thing the year KSU tied them...they needed 4 horrific bad calls at Hilton to get it to overtime with us in the final two minutes. Fake shared championship, KSU were outright champs.

Honest question. How many T's did Fred get as a Coach in Ames? Had to be less than 5. Because I don't remember any.
He got one accidentally in the big 12 tourney lol

Gurantee people would be ******** if he would be screaming at the officials all the time.

Lol that's why he's a professional coach and you're on the couch.
