NFL: ***Chicago Bears 2025 Thread***

Damnit this isn't good. Now the Lions get to face Max Brosmer on Christmas and Packers probably the same the following week.

Bears control their own destiny. Just need to win one game to win the Division. The Packers and Lions were probably going to beat JJ.

Go Niners....;)

I love Brock and if the Bears are out or if they are playing literally anyone else I cheer for him 10/10 times, with that being said, I hope he plays horribly today and the 49ers lose. Mainly that the 49ers lose.

Sounds like the Bears team is battling a flu bug. Darnell Wright and maybe others could miss the game.

Im really happy with the turnaround and playoffs, but this just doesn't have the feel of a team that can make a deep playoff run yet.

I just think teams like the Eagles, Rams, and 49ers have ao much more experience in the post-season and those are the teams that win playoffs games.

Yep, unless the Bears lose last 2 and the Eagles win last 2.
Or if the Bears somehow win both of their next 2 games against the 49ers and Lions, and the Seahawks lose of of their final 2 games against the 49ers or the Panthers. Then they may be able to avoid the Packers altogether because they would be the one seed.

Yeah this has been a good, fun growth year that will hopefully help us in the upcoming seasons. That said I almost expect that the Packers (most likely match-up) will come in that 1st Round and end the Bears season. Hope I'm wrong about it and it's just my Bears PTSD but this team does have a bit of smoke and mirrors feel to it to me.

Hopefully they can add a few of the needed pieces (especially Pass Rush) this off-season that can make this team a legit team to make a serious run in the next couple of seasons.

Reminds me of the 2015 Cubs.
