I feel bad for her. She's going from a very good program to finish her career with an expansion team that will take years to get better.

Could be a good thing for her too though. Kate Martin was very much a bench/role player for the Aces when she was drafted by the Valkyrie where she got to shine a little more, be more of a focal point of her team, her popularity seemed to go even higher. Carleton played a bigger role with the Lynx than Kate played with Las Vegas, but she could end up being the star instead of under Napheesa's shadow. JMO
