Can't transfer tickets?

I've been trying to transfer tix through cyclones.com TM account. I keep getting error messages it can't go through? I've logged out. Tried different browsers. Anyone else dealing with this?

Try It again in the morning, and you still are having trouble give the ticket office a call.

had the same problem with computer but phone just worked fine. I restarted computer

Ugh.
Will try tomorrow and call tix office...
I blame ticketmaster....

I just transfered tickets with no problem on a Iphone13 via the Cyclone App. I agree TM sucks!!!

This is going to sound simplistic, but have you double-checked the spelling of the email address you're trying to send the tickets to? I fought with one for several rounds before I realized that Thompson was actually Thomson in the email. My brain just knew how to spell Thompson.

Also, make sure the other person has a Ticketmaster account. They have to be signed up through Ticketmaster. You can’t just use an email.

I just transfered tickets with no problem on a Iphone13 via the Cyclone App. I agree TM sucks!!!

Might as well use one of these grandpa, think they're on the iPhone 17 now.

Had the same issue. I had a VPN running that I wasn’t aware of. Go to General, Settings, VPN & Device Manager and check to see if there’s one installed. If you have one, you have to delete it. You can’t simply disable it because as soon as you try to go to Cyclone.com, it restarts the VPN.
