Saw these is the store the other day. Did not know what to think.....

Candy corn itself is disgusting. The candy corn Oreos are pretty good, however.

Maize is the correct term but Corn is also a commonly accepted name for the major agricultural crop of the region. So in the US, corn and maize are the same thing. In other regions of the world corn can mean different crops.
