Campbell owns Klieman

Im just gonna go ahead and say it. Avery Johnson is overrated. He is a run first QB and subpar pocket passer. The problem is he probably weighs 190 pounds soaking wet and takes too many hits. You could tell today the KState coaches are scared to death he is going to get injured. You can't play call scared. He needs 10+ designed run plays a game to be best utilized. He puts a lot of stress on a defense with his legs.
I agree. He’s too small to be a running QB but that’s what he needs to be. I commend him for trying to stay at QB but he’s a receiver at the next level, if he sticks.

Klieman is no where near a hot seat
K State fans view Johnson as a Heisman quality quarterback. Klieman isnt on the hot seat now, but Johnson is still young and fans will look for someone to blame if he doesn’t improve/win over his career.

To be fair in all of the national lead up to the game, people acting like Johnson was the second coming.

I'd rather have Rocco.

I still can't believe Campbell likes to wear black... i love his comments in the post game presser about what the KSU guy said.

There's no reason for me to dislike Kleiman, but I kind of do. No real reason, but he was pretty whiny after the blizzard game. I enjoy beating him.
He's whiney. Complains about every little call.

To borrow from Hassel/ CW on 2 Guys a couple of weeks ago, the problem is Johnson is the bitcoin of QB’s- he’s either gonna win a natty at K State, or K State wouldn’t be able to compete against Dowling- it just depends which one shows up

Johnson has been hyped huge since he was in high school. I had to listen to it when he played my daughter's HS in the state championship game. He lost, BTW.:)

Then I had to listen to it from my Kstate friends before he got to Kstate. There's a weird infatuation with the kid, IMO. He's good, but he strikes me as someone that has gotten by on talent and hasn't really put much effort into improving his weaknesses.

He's soft, but he is all of 190 pounds and more. He's a big dude, just has a babyface and not very tough.

I can't stand the never ending love for him on the national podcasts. It's always so obvious that a lot of these guys don't watch the game. They see highlights, look at his recruiting profile, and project stardom.

Rocco is the anti-Johnson. Lower rated recruit, little hype, not flashy, but is an absolute gamer that can put his team on his back when he's needed. And throws a damn good ball, by the way.

That first TD pass was defenseless by the trailing CB and right in WR hands. Perfect throw
