Breaking Bad

Jesse racing away from the compound at the end.... it all was just one giant prequel for the new Need For Speed movie.

In my opinion if you were disappointed that it wasn't Walt mowing people down and going down in a blaze of glory you probably missed most of the genius that made Breaking Bad what it was.

My mother called with about 35 minutes left, so I just finished watching the rest and Talking Bad.

I loved Badger and Skinny Pete. I actually slow applauded when that happened.

I wish there was some absolvsion (sp?) between Walt and Flynn. I knew it most likely wasn't going to happen, but that's my only quibble.

Ended well...I'm happy with it.

So.....who's ready for Walking Dead in two weeks?

I read probably 100 theories online and none had him bringing the money to gretchen and elliot. how the hell did VG come up with that and no one thought of it!

It was too predictable. Like the Elliot and Gretchen thing? I literally said "It's probably some laser pointers". Everything was so un Breaking Bad like. It was far too predictable for me

Can we get Vince, all the writers, and half the cast moved over to Walking Dead?

Great show, loved every episode.

You apparently didn't read the Vince Gillian interview that came out this last week. The writing was on the wall that it was going to be a somewhat predictable episode with no real twists. It was a truly great finale with no need for any real plot twists. If you didn't like the episode then your appreciation for the show is a little shallow.

You would be correct on that bolded statement. I never said I didn't like it, I just thought it was an "ok" episode.

Fantastic episode, wish a little more jesse but it was awesome.

Anyone watch Talking Bad? I totally forgot that Jesse talked about making a wooden box in high school when he was at a group therapy session in season 3.

How could it have been better?

It really couldn't have been but I would agree that it wasn't as enjoyable as a lot of other episodes. There was little to no suspense and really no surprises. There weren't going to be any though. Any surprise, IMO, would have made the ending actually worse. I mean if they go off and let Walt live while revealing that the cancer wasn't actually back, or reuniting him with his family after he makes a deal to take down the Nazis because they are up to something much bigger would have been a ****** ending. Jesse being dead would have sucked. I think they ended everything the way they needed to but the episode which was okay, which was fine because too many shows like to throw that final episode so out of whack that it hurts their body of work. I like that Gilligan just wrapped the thing up how he should have and we move on.

For those of you who need more BB and don't watch SNL...this is for you. I have watched it probably 15 times and cannot stop laughing.

--crappy quality sorry.

After it was over, the first thing I thought about was Jesse's fingerprints all over the lab equipment. But then I remembered how meticulous they were in keeping everything clean. And to cap it off, Walt walked down and and touched a lot of the equipment. So in the end, it appears to the cops that Walt was doing the cooking and Jesse is off scott-free.
